We work mostly with women who want to feel strong again — busy women, women coming back from injury, and women who care about feeling good, not just looking good.
We specialize in personal training in a small group setting (max 4 women per hour). Every session is coached and completely tailored to your goals, fitness level, and movement history. You’ll lift, move, and train for real-world strength — not just aesthetics.
Nope. We’re not a bootcamp or cookie-cutter class.
Everyone follows their own program, written specifically for them. You’ll still train alongside other women, but your workouts are customized and your coach is with you every step of the way.
Not at all. We meet you where you’re at. Whether you’re starting fresh, coming back from an injury, or just feeling stuck, we’ll build a plan that helps you move better, get stronger, and feel good in your body again.
Perfect. We’ll teach you everything you need to know — safely, step-by-step. Our coaches are here to guide your form, build your confidence, and help you actually enjoy strength training.

We help people move out of pain and back into strength through smart, progressive training. We’ll assess how you move, adjust what you do, and help you rebuild confidence in your body.
You’ll have a standing spot each week for your two coached sessions. We offer morning, midday, and evening options, depending on your availability. You can also come in for a 3rd or 4th self-guided workout if life allows.
We ask for a 3-month commitment when you start.
That’s how long it takes to see real change — in your strength, energy, and consistency. After that, you can continue month-to-month.
